Our power generation building is the Heart of Agritech Haven International (AHI). Completely off the grid and powered by natural gas-fueled generators, The Heart provides consistent and reliable power throughout the business park. It was designed with environmental sustainability in mind, as it produces many additional end-user amenities that will reduce the overall carbon footprint.
Having the capability to produce power on-site provides additional opportunities that will furnish each suite and building across the park. During the power generation process, the heat that is normally wasted and dispersed into the atmosphere is recovered. This heat recovery technology can be used to thermally power other equipment which goes toward reducing operating costs while improving efficiency.
The specially designed power generation units also supply treated hot and cold water, CO2, glycol lines, dehumidification, heating, cooling, and air pressure. Tenants are left with full environmental control within their space, all year round. Further automation can be implemented within each suite that will allow tenants to mimic sunrise, sunset, condensation, and even wind to promote natural phenomena that can be key to yielding a natural and fruitful harvest.
The engineering and design of the Heart is the first of its kind being utilized at such a unique facility. Housed in a futuristic Rubik’s Cube-styled building, AHI’s power generation facility resembles a pulsating living heart using efficient LED lighting. Meant to withstand any type of explosion, blast control measures and noise dampening are implemented into the building structure.
