The AgriBeast unit itself encompasses 4,411sqft. During the second phase of construction, the full space dedicated to the processing unit will reside in a dedicated, stand-alone building spanning 46,774sqft, more than capable of handling all AHI members’ industrial processing needs.
The large-scale AgriBeast processing production process consists of 100% food grade components. AHI members have the option of selling stalk or other raw goods to AHI instead of handling processing responsibilities themselves. This allows them to focus solely on growing and harvesting while maintaining proper compliance protocols for handling and removal of processing responsibilities.
One of the most significant advantages of the AgriBeast is its capability to process greens and garden goods such as lettuce and other leafy greens 365 days a year, in a Canadian climate that plays host to cold winters and unpredictable summer temperatures and elements such as floods and hail storms. Additionally, AgriBeast’s terpene isolation process is a major asset. Terpene extraction from organic sources is the process of eliminating impurities such as fats, chlorophyll, and other plant metabolites without damaging the compounds preserved for commercial use. Using solvent less and solvent-based extraction technologies, AgriBreast can process and isolate each product and create its defined value used in pharma-grade products.
